The Entre Deux Mers, although not as renowned as the other Bordeaux appellations, produces very good wines (mostly whites).
It is the local 12/13th century architecture that will really touch your heart. The many Entre Deux Mers mills, fortified castles and abbeys are truly unique and well worth the visit.
