Stephan Gabart has worked for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Atlanta, New Orleans and San Francisco for almost a decade. His most cherished dream was to settle back home in Bordeaux to share his passion for hospitality with his own guests in his very own chateau, which he did in 2004. Stephan also belongs to one of the oldest wine families in Bordeaux, dating back to the 17th century.
